Wash It
Please do not EVER go to this salon. Four hours and $350 later I had beautiful color, until I washed it…it became so matted in the shower, even after conditioning, I couldn’t even get a brush through it. The salon told me that was supposed to happen (???). It was so damaged after their services I literally could not get a wide toothed comb through it…on average, it NOW takes me 25 minutes just to brush through it. When I tried to communicate all the trouble I’ve had to the owner, despite doing additional treatments they suggested (spending more $$), the owner told me she’s putting me on a “complainer” list and to not come back. Plus, I went to ANOTHER salon to see about fixing the damage and she discovered even more mistakes (see pictures). I have spots on my hair the Inspire technician should have fixed, notice how instead of a nice straight line of color it looks like a city skyline? Yeah…nice work ladies.

Melissa is an absolute goddess!! I had dermaplaning done and it was amazing, relaxing and afterwards my skin looked the best it has in years!! She explained everything to me anc we had great conversation. I highly recommend her to anyone that wants an incredible spa experience:)

This was my first visit to Inspire, and I don’t think I could have been more pleased with my experiences there. Upon walking in, I was greeted warmly and offered a place to sit and something to drink. The environment is positive and relaxing, and they have a beautiful view of trees, open fields with deer, and a pond surrounded by greenery.

I had a manicure for the first time and was very pleased that it lasted almost three weeks so I went for another on Nov.3rd. I had a few questions about my first manicure which I didn’t understand so I asked Sam the hostess about it. She answered my questions and I went to get my second manicure. While I was receiving my manicure Patty the owner came up to me and introduced herself and thanked me for my concern about the first manicure. She also gave me my second manicure free because I was nice enough to bring about my concerns to management and came back for another manicure. I truly love the salon. The atmosphere, cleanliness, friendly staff, and product line is number one. I highly recommend this salon to anyone wanting a relaxing, friendly day to be pampered. Niki did an awesome job of pampering me This is the place!!! By the way this will be posted under my husband’s name but it was me (Sue) that went.

Inspire is nothing short of amazing! I had an “oops” with box color and literally turned my hair bright orange!! Not only did they fit me in same day- but did an amazing job!! The staff really work together to make sure they take suggestions from one another to get the best result possible for clients! Cannot recommend them enough. From Sarah who did my toning, Patty who did highlights and Ashley who did a nice style for me….they go above and beyond! 5 star for sure!

Disappointing & terrible customer service. I went for a Brazilian blowout & got it done by Alyssa. Paid a good price and a decent tip, after two days washed my hair and no results. I text the stylist and shared my concern she said she would speak to her manger, no response. Btw she is terrible in responding to peoples messages. Messaged her again only because I spend ALOT of money & wanted to get it atleast worth. She text me back saying the product they put in my hair was EXPIRED so the manager said come back and they would redo it. Its been two months! My hair is super damaged because of the expired product & the stylist Alyssa keeps rescheduling my appointment so its still not done. I finally called to speak to the manager twice and they say she is busy and will call back & i still haven gotten a response. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to a place where they don’t respect their clients or treat them with respect or do the job for what is paid for. Disgusting and humiliating to run a bussiness like that!!

Went with a friend for the first time for pedicures. Had a wonderful experience & loved the salon. The ladies that took care of us were professional, fun, engaging & felt like old friends. Cannot wait to go back. If this type of service is consistent — I’m a lifer.

After many, many tries, I finally found my hair godess in Lindsey. She is amazing. I have coarse, curly/frizzy, very thick hair. I am also a wash-and-go girl. No futzing involved. She nailed it. Great cut. I have dark, dark hair and show grey roots very quickly. To work with that, Lindsey creatively used highlights and lowlights to mask the grey. AND, my grey can grow and blend right in. Great color. I could not be happier. Retouch not needed for 8-10 weeks. Can it get any better?

Unprofessionalism abounds here, yet it was close to home so I tried it stay. The speak poorly about clients, each other and anyone else- probably you too. They have horrible customer service, a sense of entitlement and will disparage another stylist to your face. It’s like getting your hair done in a Mean Girls episode. Believe the bad reviews- the others must be family.
