Got a basic manicure this morning. It’s not good. I honestly could have done better painting my nails at home but I thought I would treat myself today. If a nail salon can’t do a basic manicure well, what can they do? I would not go here again. I’m debating going back in there, but I feel they just need to re-do the whole thing and I’m not sure if I have time for that.

The worst experience ever!! I called ahead and was told to come in for a fill!!! One person almost done and I was next…. Arrived at 12:50 and because 1 person due to the gentleman off at the mall after being called I did not leave salon till 3:00 pm…. Charged $77?!?! For what?!?! First red flag there’s a sign outside the store advertising 1/2 off services with no specifics. I got a pedicure which was $50 and a manicure which was $35. After I added on the manicure during my pedicure I was told the total would be $70. So during my manicure I inquired about the 1/2 off because I was confused on why my total reflected a full price. A women stated that the sign is up to let customers know they’re open and not for customers to get 1/2 off. which makes no sense at all and if that’s what they’re advertising that’s what they should be honoring. So after them admitting to being manipulative about the sign I asked why was my total $105 and they said because she used gel on my toes during the pedicure which is an additional $20. Keep in mind I NEVER said I wanted gel polish the woman simply handed me a book of colors and told me to pick which one. It was never discussed that gel would cost more or that there was even another option to choose from. They are scammers that get over on customers

Super rushed and they did not do a good job. Went there yesterday with my mom for mani-pedi’s, less than 24 hours ago, and it’s already peeling and chipping!! I haven’t done anything that would cause this kind of wear. Arrived on time for our appointment. We waited 20 minutes before I was seated when then they just put my feet in the soaker tub so then I felt like I couldn’t leave. Left me soaking for another 20 minutes before they even started on me or my mom. Their tools are NOT sterilized. I hope I don’t catch anything from this rushed yet waiting-forever experience. They used a dremel on our toes even though there was no acrylic. They hardly used any paraffin wax on the deluxe pedi and they didn’t clean under/around the toes nails. One of the technicians was friendly and they did a good job with the leg waxing, hence the 2 stars, but overall I wish I didn’t come here.

I was in the Westfield mall and decided to check out Inspire Nail Bar based on the positive reviews. The ladies and gentleman in the store were very welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxing and clean. I went for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Lani was my technician, and I was very pleased with her work. My manicure is still intact after almost two weeks. Hope that I can visit again soon.

Took my daughter and friend as a treat . The person who did my daughters nails had no name tag but cut the fingers to the point that they are still bleeding . Nails are crooked , shaped unevenly and the nail art is not even close to the picture provided.

This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to in my life. I got dip with tips and it took two and a half hours for this woman to do my nails. So unhappy with the results that I had another woman try to fix my nails. On top of it the manicurist was laughing that I was upset and unhappy with my nails. They did not even give me a discount after my nails looks so terrible. They made me pay full price and we’re not apologetic. ALSO, THE MANICURIST CUT MY FINGER WND CUTICLES FOR THEN TEN TIME. I STARTED CRYING AND SHE LAUGHED. never ever go here.

if i can give it 0 stars, i definitely would. looking at their photos i thought this place wouldn’t do me wrong. if you’d like badly painted, and bad shaped nails. this is your go to ladies! worst nail place ever been to. terrible customer service as well. to make top it off i called ahead to verify the prices, i got there and they decided to do all these extra spa treatments that i did not ask for. and charged me a ridiculous amount.
