Devaudrey Hunter Hall burnt my hair off so bad it is breaking off. I had to have 4 inches cut off and it’s going to take multiple deep conditioning treatments to fix this. She said she couldn’t get my money back because I missed my appointment. I thought it was ridiculous. I will not be back here and I buys all of you to not to go there either! I paid $170 to get my hair burnt! Shameful customer service also! Completely disrespect for customers!!

I had a wonderful first time experience. Loved the inviting and peaceful atmosphere and how friendly and helpful they were there. I made my appointment using Facebook messenger and it was quick and easy, too. Walked in and told them what I needed and before I told them I had an appointment they explained how they could help my hair situation and told me it would be a few minutes and Danielle will wash, cut, and style my hair. That was several weeks ago and I just made another appointment today, because it has taken years to find a hair stylist who understands exactly the way I described the cut I wanted. I felt relieved and very satisfied with her work. I look forward to how great I will feel after my cut, again.
