Had a wonderful experience with Patricia! She was very sweet and personal. I’ve spent a while growing my hair out and she seemed very eager to work with it. Made me feel comfortable. It was a lot. The cut turned out super beautiful; just exactly what was needed. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone who needs a fresh cut!

This is a review of a stylist employed by the salon, not the salon. I’ve never written a Google review, but had a really negative experience with Emily W. I booked her in June 2021 for my wedding in June 2022. She opted to have me book with her personally. When I reached out to her in April 2022 to confirm the timeline, see if she had any edits/questions, etc., she said she’d switched to a new salon (this one) and that they had since booked her for another wedding on the same date. She apparently hadn’t told them she was already booked. In this communication she said she could still do my wedding since we needed her to come later in the day. At the end of May she reached out again and dropped out. She didn’t successfully find a replacement and implied I was somehow at fault for the situation for booking with her directly a year out (as if I should have known she would forget her commitment?). I’d been excited to work with Emily, but if you’re looking for someone you can rely on for your wedding, look elsewhere.

Very disappointed. Went three times to have my hair done and when I tried explaining that the color was breaking my hair and the way my hair was cut in back was uneven I received an attitude. The hair stylist didn’t listen and simply became defensive and then “fired” me as her client instead of trying to listen and learn. I wouldn’t go back here or recommend this stylist or place to anyone.
