I have been getting my hair cut, as well as any other fun things I decide to try, by Sandra since 2006. After the first time she cut my hair I have never had another pair of hands do anything to my hair and I will continue to trust her with my hair in the future. I enjoy the atmosphere just as much as her work. I love how she knows her clients personally and always seems to remember the last conversation that she had with you and immediately follows up when she sees you again. I’ve had conversations with her about my school, career, husband, parents, and everything in between and she knows remembers all the details. Even if I don’t see her for 6 months, she will remember if I was upset about something when we last talked and addresses it with me when she sees me again. This is just one example of how she truly shows how much her customers mean to her. She doesn’t just care about the hair but actually cares about the person as a whole. I’m truly glad to have discovered her!

I went there for a set of acrylics and walked out with the worst one I’ve ever had. Betty Ann is nice but her work isn’t. The lady who sat next to her was very unprofessional. She was smoking her ecig and cussing with no regards to her customers. I thought I’d try her bc she’s cheaper than most places. Well, now I know why. She doesn’t have updated equipment. She didn’t know how to do designs. She didn’t even know how to do a pink and white French tip acrylic set. I was extremely disappointed. I’ve never gotten my hair cut there before but from this experience I won’t try.
