I got highlights & my hair dyed, and it wasn’t what I expected, I was hoping for it to be a lighter/ warmer shade, the owner and hairstylist fixed it right away and made sure it was exactly what I was wanting, even taking up another time slot and not charging me extra. I felt horrible, but they made me feel at-ease and my hair turned out perfect. Been to this Salon a few times, they are all very friendly, the pricing is affordable, and they do a GREAT job.
