From out of town but needing a haircut. Looked for place close by and scheduled an appointment with Brenda. It was a smart thing to do. Love my haircut and Brenda knew just what I needed on this thin-fine-hair. The only person who knew how to do my cut from a picture and an explanation. It is perfect. She was delightful and professional and very helpful with tips on how to make this hair look like it has a lot of volume. It is no longer village barber. Changed ownership and now it is Inspirada Barber & Beauty. My kiddo gets his haircut by Tim, who always does an awesome job. My hubby gets his haircut by the korean lady (forgot her name), she also does an awesome job. The atmosphere is welcoming. They have drinks and donuts all the time 🙂 and they also take credit cards.

Disappointed at their customer service. Had a 5 pm appointment with Brenda. Got there exactly on time. She was busy with another customer. Waited 20 minutes. Went up to her to just to let her know that I was there. No apology or nothing. She just said, “It will be a while” then asked me if I want to have Tim cut my hair. I said OK. Tim was busy with another customer. Waited another 20 min. Brenda finished with her customer. Another guy comes in and Brenda takes the guy. Here I am still waiting. Left before I got too angry. Not cool. Not going back.

Came in today as a walk in for the first time. Everyone was very friendly. I didn’t have to wait long at all even though they were busy. Brenda did an excellent job and was very pleasant to talk to and very professional. Great experience and I will return for service in the future.
