Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI wish I could rate this on my actual experience but my appointment was canceled before I even had it. Made an appointment for hair coloring, the lady who answered the phone was nice and booked a color plus cut so there would be enough time. A few days later the stylist Amber starts texting me asking for pics of what I want and what my hair looks like now (weird, never had a stylist text me beforehand in my 10+ years of multiple different salons)) but ok. Then the next day (just a couple days before my appointment) she reaches out again and says she won’t have time. I wish I could rate this on my actual experience but my appointment was canceled before I even had it. Made an appointment for hair coloring, the lady who answered the phone was nice and booked a color plus cut so there would be enough time. I went and seen Ashlee before my maternity photo shoot. I really enjoyed my time there. She did a great job. She really seemed to know what she was doing. I hadn’t gotten my hair done in over a year and she made it look so nice and healthy. I will definitely be coming back. It’s also a great environment and very comfortable.
