Got ansla pedicure. It was fine. The massage in the pedicure was OK. A lot of background noise that they tried to cover up with ambient music. Very clean. I would go back, but I prefer other places.

My therapist was not great, she was rushed and the pressure was all over the place. When I asked her to increase pressure she cranked it to the max that I jolted. It was not a good experience for my first time coming here. Ive been to a couple spa and this was not the greatest :/

Positive: Professionalism, QualityI treated myself to a 90 minute massage at the Woodinville InSpa. I believe the massage therapist was named Justin, who was really great. Justin’s demeanor was professional. Some deep knots were worked out while still providing a very relaxing experience. I highly recommend booking with them.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityI enjoy coming to this spa but I do seem to have better treatment if I come during a weekend rather than a weekday.The one time I came on a weekday, the receptionist looked disheveled and hadn’t showered in a week ( I was under the impression that this spa required all employees to present clean and put together). My nail technician that day was also rude and refused to put drip dry on my nails but I insisted. I won’t book with her again.I would recommend Mey if you’re getting your nails done and Stephanie for any aesthetician services. Stephanie is fabulous and knowledgeable and has many years of experience. Mey did a great job on my nails and I will book with her from now on.I think the spa is quiet and I’ve never had issues with noise but maybe some days are better than others.
