Left with tears in my eyes. Never left a nail salon that disappointed. They couldn’t remove my old gel polish saying it’s not gel and it’s something else. She kept saying it although I said again and again it is gel. Felt like they accusing me of lying. At the end, I left without applying new gel on my nails. Had to go today to other salon to fix it. And also fix the tows polish that didn’t last a day!

Can I leave no stars? Just left in tears told Jakllin I liked the length just shape them a little and my thumb nail was a little longer than the rest so just make it the same as the rest. I started chatting with the client next to me and when she had finished with my right hand my nails had been filed you couldn’t even see them over the tips of my fingers! I said “no, I work too hard to get them to a good length that I want them as long as possible”. She then proceeded to file the left hand to match the right. I thought they might look better with polish so I said nothing. She then applied the polish way short of my nail bed and cuticle making them look even shorter and stubbier. At that point I said “Stop”. I had her take the polish off and I left. I had pre-paid before I went in to make sure I didn’t mess anything up. I guess I’ll never do that again. Maybe she was used to people that come in all the time and want their nails shorter or people that have harder nails than I do but I believe she was way to heavy handed and mine were gone in a flash. I leave on vacation tomorrow not with nails to be proud of but with nails I want to hide. I don’t think I have ever left a review of any kind before so this is all new to me. Yes, it was clean, it I learned my lesson. I will watch like a hawk when my nails are filed
