What a pathetic service! Went is for a hydra facial before New Year’s Eve! Paid $260 for it and INSPA literally ruined my face!!! Sever reaction all over my face with my bumps and redness and texture!!! They ruined my face just before a very important event! I read similar reviews here about reactions after facial, never visit this place, pay money and ruin your face!!!! They need to be sued!

Went here for a facial and paid a $175 with the add-ons. God how much i am regretting it now. Woke up with the worst texture ever and I don’t even know what to do about it now. It’s almost like i broke into a rash. Ugh. My skin was doing just fine. I am literally hating myself for ever deciding to go to inspa for a facial.

Always a great service. Many of the service providers have been there for years. Very relaxing spa setting. I’ve had a variety of services there and no complaints at all. Love it! Rewards program is nice prices aren’t bad for the relaxing quality experience.

Do not get Nina for your service. Went to get a hydro facial from Nina. Didn’t know how bad she was! Asked for a full refund because of how bad it was! People told me what a hydro facial was and what to expect. Got nothing close to that! Honestly couldn’t of done way better at home. My face was just the same as I walk in.! Will not be returning to this place for any service:(

This was my first visit to InSpa. I got a mani-pedi with Marrah and she was very kind and patient. My nails came out great and she really listened to what I wanted and made accommodations for my French manicure. My toes look very nice too. She is also quite affable and we had some nice, light chat at different times throughout the afternoon.

The staff and facilities are always wonderful here. They offer everything from pedicures, facials, to massage. Michelle for nails and Rosie for facials I give 5 stars to these ladies as they are my go to gals but I’ve never had a bad experience here with any of the services or staff. The space is always pristine and relaxing.
