Issaquah Inspa is without a doubt my favorite spa. Katerina has waxed my eyebrows since 2006! Even though I live farther away now, I plan ahead so I can see her. She is kind, knowledgeable, and makes your eyebrows look amazing. I refer her to all of my friends. The Issaquah location is clean, well-stocked, and has personable sales associates. Booking an appointment, checking in, and checking out is so simple. I have nothing but good things to say!

The facility for very clean and neat, the gals at the front desk were very nice and helpful. My esthetician, Haley, was great and had some good recommendations after my facial. Overall great experience and can’t wait to go back. Prices are steep so be prepared to spend a decent amount of money. Service was for a facial and the esthetician did a good job. She had some issues with new equipment but she was skilled. My skin looks and feels good. Front desk staff was friendly and polite. I gave 3 stars as this is a basic spa and does not have the typical spa ambiance. Price was fair and I like the convenience of this spa. I would return.

I was at in-spa in issaquah today hoping to get my hydro plus broad spectrum spf 30 because I’m out. I need a new one but the lady on the front desk not so helpful at all she was rushing for the next customer. I was there two times already for my derma-planning facial treatment and I used to love the place and the service. But today she wasn’t really polite. I was standing on the side at the counter because I don’t have an appointment.I just want to get the sunscreen .also hoping to get a flyer for new price update but she says she don’t have it and told me to go online. I left without my sunscreen because I don’t feel like I am welcome . She treat me poorly

I am not one to write reviews but unfortunately my experience at In Spa was disappointing and I want to let other people know. A few weeks ago I booked an appointment for a 25 minute hands on tension massage and was disappointed that I did not receive the full 25 minutes. My appointment was scheduled for 4:15 and I did not sit down on the table until about 4:20. When my massage therapist was finished, I took a couple minutes to get up, put on my shoes and was back in my car by 4:40?! I paid $55 for a 25 minute massage and am quite disappointed that I was shorted 10 minutes. I will not be returning. One star for the friendly receptionist and one start for the just okay massage.
