I am a regular customer. A previous appointment was voided due to an error at the front desk, I went there at the time of the appointment only to be told it was void. I have no complaints, as an occasional mistake is understandable. But at the next new appointment, I was 10 minutes late due to a temporary driving situation on the road. It was only 10 minutes, and the front desk told me that it had to be cancelled. I do not understand why. I go almost every month and I don’t blame them for their mistakes. Is this kind of tolerance in exchange for such treatment? All I can say is that some staffs at here are terrible. I will tell my friends about my experience and if you want to go, please consider carefully.

I must say that I was impressed with Cait and how she walked me through each step of the procedure. I was a little worried before the procedure but she made me feel safe and comfortable. Nice, quiet atmosphere. The pedicure / manicure chairs are not that comfortable, hence one star deduction. The tools are always sterile, and they open a new nail file for each user.
