Sam is sooo skilled at doing hair, I was nervous because I’ve never been to Insight. I was recommended to see Sam, because she is good with black peoples hair. My hair was really unmanageable for me. She made me feel better about my hair situation, and I was sooo happy with the results! She does seem to get busy with clients, because when I was there a walk in came in and was recommended to Sam. Sam knew a walk in came in for her hair services, and she didn’t rush to do my hair, she stayed patient, and focused on my hair needs which was a bigger plus, because no one wants to leave a salon feeling bad about their hair, and I appreciated her skills, patience, fun and interesting conversations with me as well.

I been seeing Chelsey for years, I followed her to this salon. My hair is naturally curly and at times hard to manage, Chelsey has always cut and colored my hair, with different hairstyles at times., When I go to work I would get alot of complements on my hair and where I got it done. She is a wiz with curly hair, and it took me years to find someone who can cut and style curly hair, I won’t go to anyone else, I would send some of my patients with curly hair to her, because they couldn’t find a hair dresser that was good for their curly hair!! She’s the BEST!!

I have to say I am THRILLED with my hair!! Due to unforeseen circumstances my previous Hairdresser is no longer doing hair. I’ve been going to her for a few years and she was amazing. Ever since then I’ve never been able to find a stylist that would listen to my needs and get the color right. I’m not joking when I’m saying that my hair has not been the way that I have wanted it since late 2020. Colleen did an amazing job and I am so satisfied and I completely recommend them to anyone!
