So I’ve been going here for a while now, probably around two years and today will be my last day ever going. I’m always very nice and polite to Sylvia and the rest of the staff, but they truly don’t care about your hair. My hair was burnt off while being colored black, and the year prior I asked them to color my hair blonde and it broke off as well. I should have learned my lesson, but I understand bleach can be very harsh on hair; so I let it go and returned again. It’s always very rushed in the salon from the aggressive and quite painful blow drying that snatched out the edges of my hair and my sisters hair, to quick press out. The price is amazing but the quality of work has gone down over the past two years. I really hope the salon takes this as a wake up call to change things up and not argue with me like I saw on other reviews with different dissatisfied clients.

I love that the stylist did my hair the way I requested. That was the first time she did my hair, if memory serher name was Shade, I normally have Sylvia do my hair, but I think that day, she wasn’t able to, which was completely fine with me.
