Got me in promptly and did good work on the tattoo but way overcharged me. Told me $200 to $300 for the tattoo so I put $100 deposit down. After an hour and 15 minutes worth of work wanted $300 on top of my hundred dollar deposit. Good artist but I will not go to again.

I was really looking forward to getting my tattoo at this company, but unfortunately my appointment was cancelled on the same day it was scheduled. I was told that my deposit would be refunded, but after several months of waiting and multiple follow-ups, I was informed that the deposit would not be returned. While I understand that things happen, I am disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through on the refund. The deposit is a significant amount of money, and I would have appreciated clearer communication and a timely refund. Overall, I would give this company a 1-star rating for their handling of the deposit refund. If things change, I’ll update this.

Went in for a cover up tattoo. John didn’t even know what I wanted or who I was even after we had talked about it multiple times. Drew up a design at the visit, which okay whatever I guess. Didn’t tell me it wouldn’t really work to cover up what I already had. Painful tattoo. Dug deep and wiped it roughly. I’ve had many tattoos and never felt that before. Didn’t cover up the tattoo. Syill shows clear as day.

Drove 45 minutes to wait 45 minutes no one spoke to us when we walked in the door, we finally said something after 30 minutes of waiting and the guy who was supposed to do it wasn’t even there. Told us to come back tomorrow. Horrible service. Never recommend .
