Ursula is excellent. I first came here for treatment and had a consultation with was a $25 fee , and to my surprise I found out that same day after my consultation I was pregnant so I couldn’t do no treatments. I purchased 4 treatments and was so disappointed that I couldn’t use them. After I had my baby in January 2022 I reached out to Ursula and she said I have to wait til after I finished breastfeeding to come for service. Finally I am done breastfeeding and came in for treatment and still got to use my 4 treatments I prepaid for which was fantastic. I love how Ursula worked with me throughout the whole year and a half throughout my pregnancy and breastfeeding. Ursula is such a sweet lady. Shes also very friendly and personable I love our little conversations we have. I am on treatment number two and is feeling great.

I don’t even know where to start .. Ursula is amazing. I got Lipo done and went to her to receive my massages. It made me feel so good , helped tremendously on my stomach and side areas . I visited Innovations through word if mouth. Wanting my own experience I scheduled a consultation. Needless to say I was not disappointed. The scheduling was a really easy process. Upon visiting I was pleasantly greeted by Ursula. Her lounge puts you in a relaxing state. Clean, organized and spacious. I was truly impressed with her knowledge of each procedure she offered and the products she displayed. I purchased quite a few items while I was there. I really enjoyed my experience with Ursula. I never had a massage. I had Lipo surgery from Sono Bello and had to get drainage massage. I had not a clue what I was up against. Ursula took her time and explained everything to me. My swelling went down tremendously. Each session was awesome I enjoyed our conversation. She is tentative and caring about her clients. I did a 4 session laser lipo/skin tightening deal through Groupon to try out. I forgot to take before and after pics, but I definitely noticed the results. Ursula is great! She’s respectful and very professional. She asked about my daughters every session. She always has a smile on her face and makes u feel extremely welcomed into her place of business. I’ve had a great experience with Ursula. She is consistently courteous and professional and friendly. I haven’t felt any pressure when picking which services to try. She genuinely wants to do what works for her individual clients. I’m about 6 sessions into laser lipo and started really seeing results about 4 sessions in, just as she said. Overall I’ve lost about 2 inches and am really pleased. I highly recommend Innovations, you can’t beat her deals and the whole experience is and calming and pleasant. Each time I walk out refreshed and rejuvenated.
