I have went to Justine for professional makeup services several times over the past few years (she’s PHENOMENAL at makeup, by the way), but this was the first time I went to her for hair coloring. I had high expectations regardless, but WOW. She is AMAZING. She tailored the service to my specific hair type and current color and made sure she got a result both she and I were happy with. She will by my hair dresser from now on – I can’t recommend her or Innovations Salon enough!!

Critical: ValueI was told the price would be $25-30 to make my wife’s hair curly when making the appointment. They even asked about my wife’s hair length before giving the estimate. I was shocked when they charged me $60 after the service. I didn’t argue with them because of $60. However, charging someone $500 when giving an estimate of $300 would be real pain. I feel sorry for that person. Also, the quality of hair curl was terrible. Her hair became almost back to normal by the time we arrived home. I won’t even give them one star. What ripe off for me! I was told the price would be $25-30 to make my wife’s hair curly when making the appointment. They even asked about my wife’s hair length before giving the estimate. I was shocked when they charged me $60 after the service. I didn’t argue with them because of $60. However, charging someone $500 when giving an estimate of $300 would be real pain.
