I wanted to try another hair salon for a change today ( August 6, 2019) . (Shayna) the owner, which was the hairdresser that did my hair, told me over the phone that it cost $55 to relax short hair and even when I came into the shop she still told me it was $55. In the end, she charged me $65, I told her that she told me it was $55, she never honored what she said. You can’t do business like this. This is how you lose potential customers. I am never coming back and I will let other people know that this is how you are.
