Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityDo not book or make appointments with Barbara!!! I made an appointment with me and then shenever showed up at the salon. After being on time for my appointment and waiting over 15 minutes for her to show I finally asked an employee. They couldn’t reach her to call her but she texted her boss Ken apparently deny it. So, he tried to get another lady that was leaving to do it. I refused since she was obviously tired and off. He then offered to do it after 40 minutes of trying to contact Barbara. He then said it would be another 30 then that change to 45 minutes. During the whole time he kept saying it was a miscommunication. He never held her accountable or showed any frustration with her. Instead he kept saying it was either a miscommunication between the girls inside or I Heard wrong. He tried to subtle blame me for wasting my own time!!! He offered to make up for it on Monday but at that point I don’t want to support a business that mismanage and unprofessional.Do not book or make appointments with Barbara!!!
