I went in wanting layers/trim and I walked out with a hair cut I could have given myself. I didn’t have any layers and it was like the lady just cut my hair straight across. (Bobbie) She also didn’t ask me any questions abt how I care and maintain my hair on a daily or what I do to it, not only that but since my hair is very long she used a round brush to dry it and pretty much yanked out most of my hair trying to unroll it, I’ve been to other places and they understand that w long wet hair you have to be gentle so you don’t rip it out. At one point I asked to brush my own hair bc I couldn’t stand seeing my hair being ripped out and the breakage that was happening. Not being mean at all but I definitely do think she needs to go back to school and take a couple classes to refresh her skills.

I’ve been coming to innovations my entire life and highly recommend! Very friendly staff, clean space and most of all they use quality products and do it right! I’ve done some funky things with my hair and they’ve fixed it and even when they do it and it didn’t come out the way I had in mind (my fault) they do it again!
