INNOVATIONS 2000 BLACK HAIR SALON We are a black owned, female owned business that caters to a diverse clientele. We primarily offer services for the care and needs of black hair. But we offer a wide range of services for all hair types and textures. Whether chemically treated or natural hair, we perform a variety of services on both. We also do hair weaves, wig sew ins, and braids. And we offer treatments for promoting healthy hair regiments. We cater to men, women, and children. We’re open 7 days a week, but a appointment is required for some evenings and weekends. But the stylist usually don’t work on Sundays or Mondays. But our Braider does. It is always best to call, for appointments and information first.

I’m a month late with this review but better late than never. My 4 year old daughter and I came to get our hair braided by Shenay and she was beyond amazing. I asked her to freestyle braid my daughter’s hair and she came up with the cutest style and even added beads. I got medium box braids and I absolutely love them. She takes her time, is very detailed and is so clean with her braiding skills. Her prices are beyond reasonable too. Unfortunately we moved outta state but we would’ve definitely came back again and again. Thank you Shenay!!!!

Brought my 4yr old daughter here for her first ever trim and second time getting true braids. Dee did the trim and made her feel comfortable. She gave me tips on how to care for my daughter’s hair as we have different types of hair and helped me correct some wrongs I’ve made. Although the salon was busy she was super quick! (Tip: bring cash – she only accepts cash at this time)

I’ve brought my daughter here to get her hair trimmed on three occasions now! I am very impressed and pleased with my experiences here. The professionalism and customer service are top notch. The salon and its bathroom are always in immaculate condition. Dee has been absolutely wonderful to my daughter! Thank you for always keeping her calm and comfortable. I came in to get braids done by Shenay and I am absolutely in love with how they came out! Shenay did an amazing job! Not only was she super nice and friendly but she wasn’t rough at all when braiding my hair. She was so gentle when working on my hair I literally ended up falling asleep and took a little nap. If you ever want to get braids done or any work done to your hair I highly recommend coming here! Everyone at Innovations is just so nice, it’s such a great environment you’ll feel like you’ve been going there for years. This was my first time going to get braids and it won’t be my last. Best service ever!

Everyone was really lovely and professional they didn’t make me wait at all and they did a great job on my hair. Also, the salon itself was super clean and the ladies there made sure to disinfect the surfaces before and after each customer. All in all, it was a great experience, 10/10 for both quality and customer service. Hair straightening
