I love this place because of the owners, Susan and Maureen. They provide an honest consultation and results oriented recommendations for services. I get my treatments done by Susan but they always bounce ideas off of each other about what will work best. They are welcoming, warm and extremely professional. You can tell they care about people and and love what they do. The place is impeccably clean. I’ve had micro needling with wonderful results and limited fillers. I highly recommend Innovation Beauty MedSpa for all your beauty needs!

My daughter and I had our Mother daughter day just 5 days ago, we picked Innovation Beauty online and not ever being there we took a chance as they for were able to book us Within an hour. I’ve not always had the best of luck at “med spas”. However, Innovation Beauty was outstanding! Maureen was wonderful. My results are impressive!!! I have deep lines above my lip and I’ve not had anyone that has ever made them disappear within 5 days. My lips are full and wrinkle free! I have a lot of muscle rigidity in my shoulders that put a lot of pressure on my spine and throat. One of my doctors recommended botox in my shoulders, and I found this place online and tried it. Both women were an absolute pleasure to work with. Susan did my botox and she really took time to understand what was going on and help me, and the difference it has made in my physical and mental health, even in a short period of time, is huge. This is a great place with a wonderful staff.

I love, love, love Innovation Beauty! I tried Juvederm and Botox for the very first time this week to get rid of some pesky lip lines that have plagued me for years and the results are AMAZING! Maureen and Susan both are so kind and EXTREMELY knowledgeable and walked me through the process every step of the way. The cost was amazingly affordable and the results look so natural! I could just kick myself for not finding them sooner…. lol I will DEFINITELY be using Innovation Beauty for all my med spa treatments in the future!! Early Sept. 2022, I got lip filler for the first time & it was the worst experience ever… I also got Botox which I’ve had several times at other places, yet the botox treatment from here showed ZERO results. I wish I could post before and after pictures because the lines between my forehead looked worse after Botox from Maureen. The total cost was $1,500 .. the needles Maureen used were beyond dull… Yes, you read that correctly dull needles!!! I had scabs on my forehead and around my lips for almost a week. Though Maureen was extremely nice, I do not recommend this place AT ALL it was extraordinarily expensive for horrible results.

When I called to inquire about services and setting up appointment, Susan’s customer service was outstanding! When I arrived for appointment, she was even better! The environment and service are very welcoming and comfortable. I had the hydrofacial done and my face feels and looks so smooth and fresh. I will definitely be returning.
