Dr. Nagsuk was AMAZING. I highly recommend using this med spa, I used the Winter Park location. He made me feel very comfortable and he was very personable. He genuinely cares about his clients and his products. He is very transparent and up front which I value. He really took his time and got to know me before doing any type of procedure. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be going back!

As soon as I walked in I noticed amazing design. the atmosphere was calming and inviting. While I waited, they had a wonderful receptionist. She gave me snacks and water. I was very very nervous and I’ve had my lips done before two times. This is the first time instead of using lidocaine they actually used in injection so I felt no pain at all it was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Philips was super sweet, professional and walked me through every step of the way. He allowed me to share my experience with my Snapchat friends. Then they gave me an ice pack at the end that looks super cute. Would definitely recommend. The best Spa I have ever been to

I had my lip fillers done 1 week ago at the winter park office with Dr Phillip, he was very kind and attentive. This is my second time getting lip fillers but it’s the first time it didn’t hurt at all. Totally recommended, the place is very clean, the staff very friendly and excellent customer service. Great place to get cosmetics. My friends had recommended I come here. I’m from st Pete and was in town for business, but I had two procedures done and I love the work. I tried different products then what i usually get and was not disappointed! I usually go to Juvederm for my lips but Carol at Innova suggested I try Versa. She explained everything so well to me and I was convinced so I got it. She was really quick and efficient, talking to me the whole time and making sure I was comfortable. I’m a baby when it comes to my injections and she was very gentle while injecting my lips. Usually it hurts way worse, but my lips were barely hurting when I left. I also tried Jueveau (Newtox?), mainly because they had a deal on the Jueveau and Versa. I was originally going for Botox and juvederm but I’m so happy I listened to Carol and took them up on saving the money and trying something different. This goes to show they’re not just trying to sell stuff. This team genuinely wants you to look your best at VERY fair prices. Definitely recommend this place and I told my friends how happy i was, and they gave me the “told you so.”

I usually have a great experience there, but today with the new lazer tech I really didn’t have a good one .Yes she was in training but I didn’t feel good when my service was complete.The lady who checked me out ask how was it today like they always do and I told her I really didn’t feel comfortable today so she went and go the manager. The manager came out and while I was telling her about my experience she immediately started talking about the price I paid for my package and making it feel like I wanted something from them. I didn’t ask for her I was just voicing my opinion. She went on to say the lady was new and I understood but I was just expressing my concerns about my service today because I go there every 4weeks.I really didn’t feel like the manager wanted to here what I had to say today and I am really disappointed because I thought this could have been handled a different way. I never wanted my service for free which I got today but the way she made me feel it was not even worth it.

Dr. Phillips is a sculpture! I met with him for a consultation for Y-Lift. He analyzed my face carefully and discussed what I should expect during and after the procedure. I was fearful of the pain factor but it was pain free thanks to his expertise. I cannot believe the transformation in my face. My jowels are no longer. As a Canadian resident I was very surprised the procedure would be conducted by a Dr. Unless you are having plastic surgery you do not see a Dr. for cosmetic procedures. An incredible experience and I could not be happier with my results. Thanks Dr. Phillips.
