I’ve been coming to John and his wife Julie for my nails for over a year now and every time I leave in the best mood with the best nails. They’re so professional and always accommodating to my crazy nail requests and they always amaze me when my nails are all done. No matter what, John always does his best to make sure that you leave satisfied. I don’t understand the bad review left him, but if you want to get your nails done don’t hesitate to contact him, he won’t disappoint. He is the best !!!

He is the most TALENTED, PERFECTIONIST, CREATIVE, HUMBLE, and AFFORDABLE nail tech I’ve ever met!! I’ve been getting my nails done with John since he was he was at the last location. I’ve been to many different nail salons and never was satisfied till I found John, I always tell him/show him a image that I want and he always does, i always get some many compliments on my nails every time I get a different set from him he is the best!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came to get a fill done by nail technician John. I have NEVER had such an unprofessional experience with a technician. He came 20 minutes late to start, then when we finally came in I told him clearly “I want a fill and to change my French tip polish from blue to red.” He said he understood and started with my one missing nail but he used a clear powder instead of the usual pink one that I’ve been getting a fill with Everytime I go. So by the second nail it looked a complete mess so I asked him what he was doing and if it was going to blend out or just why are you using a different colored powder? So he got frustrated right away at his own mistakes but instead of admitting he was wrong he proceeded to blame me for not telling him what I wanted. When I clearly and simply said “I want a fill and red french.” After a short argument and me ending it with “you’re the nail technician you should know that if you’re doing a fill in pink powder it should be the same color.” After 20 extremely uncomfortable minutes he finished, at this point he painted the nail a solid color to hide the mess he made and I paid and left. I was still very upset at how he handled the situation, which was blaming the client for his unprofessionalism and disorganization, so I decided to message him respectfully to see if we could work something out because I had been going to John before he moved to this location but instead the technician BLOCKS me from social media which he did immediately after I left. I was so frustrated at this point that I asked for my mother to come back to the salon with me. When we arrived my mother started questioning him as to how he can treat people with such disregard and disrespect. She also asked him why he blocked me which he lied to her face and said he didn’t. Then I show them(including John’s other client) how he did indeed block me. So besides being unprofessional he is also a liar and will lie to your momma’s face..Figure out how to schedule.
