Her knowledge of skincare and skincare products is extensive and she is very thorough and pays meticulous attention to detail when doing lash extensions! The massages are heavenly and leave me feeling euphoric every single time I am there. This place is my monthly escape to a self-care retreat! I’ve experienced reiki, massage, and facial services a couple of times from this spa now. Each time I’ve been met with the best customer service and quality care. These women know what they are doing, extremely knowledgeable!Did I mention it smells amazing?! They even have a massage candle that smells like the spa for purchase. I would highly recommend the services at Innergy Float and Wellness! I’ve experienced reiki, massage, and facial services a couple of times from this spa now. Each time I’ve been met with the best customer service and quality care. These women know what they are doing, extremely knowledgeable!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityLove this place! This place has a super cute and relaxing atmosphere. I hosted a Bridal spa day at this location and the staff were very accommodating from the moment I reached out to them. The prices to rent the space was very affordable. We were able to get the waiting room to ourselves where we could bring in decorations and have privacy. Did I mention how cute this spa place it! Also, this was my first time trying the float and I was nervous about the salt getting in my hair but it was worth it! I workout out 5 days a week so I was pretty tensed up before getting in the float. The epsom salt bath left me feeling VERY relaxed. The float room had a shower, robe, toiletries, towels, and shower shoes provided. She was very welcoming. The facility is very earthy and clean. Kelly did a wonderful job on my facial and lashes. It was very relaxing. I’m glowing and can’t stop touching my face LOL! I had an amazing experience. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I left feeling like a new man. I will be back soon!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityPoor communication when purchasing a gift certificate and getting a free float, there was no paperwork for the free float. That is really not my main issue, the biggest issue is mold on the wall and the strong smell of urine. I couldn’t even finish the float. I got out pretty quickly and showered off. The owner was not accommodating at all. She didn’t care about my complaints, let’s not forget that she was late to open up the place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Poor communication when purchasing a gift certificate and getting a free float, there was no paperwork for the free float. That is really not my main issue, the biggest issue is mold on the wall and the strong smell of urine. I couldn’t even finish the float. I got out pretty quickly and showered off. The owner was not accommodating at all. She didn’t care about my complaints, let’s not forget that she was late to open up the place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. YUCK!!
