Josh has magic hands that knew exactly what my body needed, was so kind and thorough before, during and after the the massage. I was also given an excellent debriefing to let me know what was happening in my body and how I can combat pain and tension in my day to day. Highly recommend a booking with Josh! I have been to this spa twice for massage. I have seen Caroline both times and she is a godsend. I suffer from extreme neck and shoulder pain. She listened to my concerns and areas on discomfort and both times I have woken up without neck pain the following day. The space is clean and quiet. Very relaxing. 100/10 highly recommend Caroline and inner truth!
