Hello everyone my name is Tara Comeau and I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Inner Serenity Massage & Wellness. I am trained in a variety of different modalities. From Swedish Massage to Medical Massage and everything in between, I have a medical background of over 17 years and take pride in caring for all my clients. I treat each client as an individual and listen to what their issue is in order to provide the right quality care. I have treated clients with Multiple Sclerosis, Plantar Fasciitis, Sciatica and Piriformis issues. You will be able to feel my passion for massage therapy through high quality personal care. 90 Minutes Whether you are training for an athletic event have an injury illness or working to better a chronic structural disorder, therapeutic massage with a clinical purpose helps to correct whatever the dysfunction may be.		$145.00
FOOT & CALF MASSAGE
Ancient belief that pressure and massage on one’s feet can affect the organs and general anatomy of the body. This massage is designed to focus on the feet and calves to help the body as a whole. The ultimate pampering for those tired feet!		$65.00
PIRIFORMIS / SCIATICA/ Glutes
A lot of times lower back pain can be caused by pain in the gluteal region. To really work this area well can take a lot of time. Focusing treatment on relieving the pain through stretching and decreasing swelling should lead to decompression of the sciatic nerve and thus relieve symptoms.		$75.00
PLANTAR FASCIITIS THERAPY
Common and painful foot condition often caused by damage to the fibrous tissue that forms in the arch of the foot.
