Before you lie down, Christy takes time to ask about the reason for your visit, trouble spots in your body, and what you want to accomplish with that session. After you are cozy under the blankets on the warm table, she uses a variety of massage therapy techniques to work out those knots and lull you into complete tranquility. Christy is an AWESOME massage therapist. I had my first visit with her today at her Sterling office. The waiting room is small but warm and inviting with many considerate additions, including teas, snacks, holistic samples and items on display for purchase. The massage room is spacious and beautiful with eye catching wall hangings and the heated and comfortable bed situated perfectly in the center of the room. I fell into such a deep relaxation, almost immediately, during my massage, and I felt such a release in my very tense muscles, afterwards. The essential oils smelled fantastic, and the scents are still lingering hours after my massage. I can’t wait to book with Kristy again. I have gone for massages for many years in various cities globally, and I can be incredibly picky. I knew, less than five minutes into my massage I had found an excellent massage therapist.
