WHAT TO EXPECT DURING AN ORTHO-BIONOMY SESSION: Ortho-Bionomy is not a form of massage: you will be fully clothed. Wear something comfortable. Results are obtained through a partnership between you and the practitioner. We want to know what is most comfortable for you, so we may be asking a lot of questions. Gentle. We work with the body and “go with the flow” to allow your body to find its own inherent balance. WHAT ORTHO-BIONOMY ISN’T: Painful. By allowing your body to find the most comfortable position you will discover a greater sense of ease and self correction. Forceful. We allow your body to direct the positions and movements to find the one that best suits you.

Trust the process! I was somewhat skeptical when I first heard of Luca’s magical affects, but after his work, I’m forever grateful. After overdoing it in a tough shoulder workout, I developed terrible inner shoulder pain. I was at the point that I was going to go to an orthopedic. With some recommendations, I was guided towards and haven’t looked back. He worked out the underlying issues that caused the injury, and explained what to do to avoid it later on. I’ve worked with Luca for a year and a half and honestly he’s impressively knowledgeable and truly gifted with what he does. I’ve hypermobility from Ehlers-Danlos yet he knows exactly how to reign me in and realign things very gently but effectively, essentially training my body to do it naturally. Even when I’m subluxating in joints often he recognizes what’s the origin and I’m thankfully alleviated. And it lasts longer term since working regularly with him quarterly after initial intensive care. Ortho bionomy is not well known as a practice as it takes intense attention to subtle changes that Luca has been gifted with recognizing as a healer and an athlete himself. He incorporates this knowledge giving him full understanding of kinesiology to restore full recovery and thriving top movement ability.

A hidden gem! I hadn’t heard of Ortho-Bionomy until I met Luca, and he opened my eyes to a whole new world of healing. As a therapist he guides your body’s intuitive intelligence to focus on and heal any maladies. Lying on his table I feel things gliding into place in my shoulder, my ribs, my back, my ankles. Luca makes you feel comfortable and you get up from his table feeling brand new. I would be here all the time if it wasn’t so far from my house!
