Had a pedicure with Kya today. I paid for the deluxe pedicure, but it wasn’t even close to deluxe. She missed painting parts of my toes, barely did a massage (level 0 pressure) I, but she also didn’t say 2 words to me the entire time and seemed irritated that she even had to work.

I have been getting my nails done for 40 years, so to say that this is the best I have ever had, is saying a lot. It’s not just the beauty, and they are the most beautiful ever too, it is the care, the professionalism and the commitment to give me exactly what I want. I play classical guitar and Kennedy listened to what I needed and did it perfectly. She is an artist in every sense of the word and cares about excellence. The shop also uses products that are natural and good for the nails and I didn’t even know that existed. I love the atmosphere of the shop and love that it is English speaking, which can be a problem if people don’t speak English well enough to give me what I want. Kennedy cared first about what I wanted and then about business. I finally found a salon that works for me!
