Absolutely obsessed with my nails. My tech gave me exactly what I asked for and checked in with me every few minutes to make sure I loved my nails. My only complaint is the wait was ridiculously long, but they were significantly short staffed which is totally understandable. Totally worth the wait, and I will be back!

These ladies at Inki salon and Spa were bombarded with customers at the same time and they handled it with such grace. They were working as quickly as they could without compromising the quality of their work. They also apologized several times to those of us who had to wait. As a person who works in customer service, sometimes you have to be patient and realize that people are doing the very best that they can. I am always obsessed with the work that Nicole does on my nails and I will never go to anyone else! Highly recommend. I got my nails done today , the same day that someone came in and decided to leave a bad review. These ladies at Inki salon and Spa were bombarded with customers at the same time and they handled it with such grace. They were working as quickly as they could without compromising the quality of their work. They also apologized several times to those of us who had to wait. As a person who works in customer service, sometimes you have to be patient and realize that people are doing the very best that they can. This place used to be nice and friendly. I went in as a walk in and sat for 30 minutes on a not that busy day after signing in and saying pedicure after they asked what I wanted. 2 people had pedicures that were already waiting and had been taken back within 10 minutes. 2 more people had pedi appointments and were seated immediately while one came to me saying it’ll be longer since they had appointments. After sitting not being accommodated for 30 minutes. I refused to wait any longer and I left. I have never had that happen to me regardless of appointment. I will not be back.
