Went there today to get both sides of my nose pierced, and had a really good experience. The staff is super friendly and inviting. The shop was very clean. Smiley did my piercings. He was super nice, fun, and gentle. This was my best piercing experience, and I’ve had a few! I’ll definitely be coming back to do some more piercings! Nose piercing

So I was so very pleased by this places customer service and atmosphere. Got my tattoo done by Smiley. He’s amazing. He did great. Very awesome. The front desk person/ tattoo artist is also very sociable and awesome. They have another artist there too that did our friends tats and he was awesome too. Everyone there is very professional about the process but friendly and welcoming and I love the place. I’ll definitely return once I have more money. It was a Friday the 13th tat so it’s small but it’s perfect for a first tattoo. I got jack skelliington. They are also LGBTQIA+ friendly. Like literally. I felt so welcomed. I do feel bad that they got swamped on the 13th but they were still awesome despite the stress. Thank you guys for the awesome service. Expect our return ❤️

Tim was super patient and understanding and amazing with her now she has beautiful little earrings super happy with the experience overall .
