I recently got pierced at this location as a walk-in. I asked for an industrial piercing along with an orbital piercing. This was my first experience being pierced anywhere but my regular lobe. Although industrials are often painful, the piercer was friendly and assured me everything would be alright. After my industrial, I got an orbital piercing. Although I did almost pass out right after this one, the piercer was kind and stayed calm. Overall, I had an amazing experience here!

Made an appt by phone over a week ahead for a piercing on my birthday. When I showed up, the piercer told me he can’t pierce me because his clamp was broken, and he wouldn’t have a new one for week. What a waste… even just making the appt. Bad communication (actually zero communication) and super unprofessional. Went to Metamorphosis on Broadway same day as a walk-in, got my birthday piercing with Cathleen, and had an amazingly positive experience!

Dont make the mistake I did and go here cause its a convenient location that takes walkins. I’ve been getting facial piercings for almost 20 years and I have never been treated so badly. I have such a horrible taste in my mouth from the piercer here. I had heard that people who work here are rude and unhelpful, also that they try to rip people off for money, but they were the only piercing place open so I went there. My piercing fell out within 8 hours. When I went back the next day, the guy refused to do anything about it, blamed it on me, was completely unreceptive to any feedback (I know my own body and how its reacted in the past). He was wildly rude and egotistical, raised his voice at me for “blaming him” (which I never did, I explained different types of jewelry have worked better for me in the past). The man was so unprofessional, I feel disgusted. I was ripped off.

I am beyond happy with the experience I had with my daughters. Both decided they wanted to get their ears pierced. The 4 year old kept a straight face through it. My oldest on the other hand… she was terrified. After the first ear she spent at least 10 (maybe more) minutes crying because she doesn’t handle pain well. This man took a step back waiting for us to calm her and decide if she wanted to get her other one done. She wound up getting the second ear done and they are both so happy. I wish I could remember his name but thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and patience.
