What I asked for (a mixture of both) VS. what I got WORST NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE. Granted we’d been on a time crunch. The man was still super rude and uncaring. Throwing his supplies like a child having a fit and purposely working sloppily. Also he manipulated me into getting a more expensive product. Took 15 mins for him to finally start the set after my pedicure. The woman was helpful and diligent though which is why I tipped. (Used good products and soaked off my 6 nails from my last set as soon as I set in the pedi chair at 10am/1.5 hours before). Will never go back and never recommend. Can I have my money back?

I visited at least 5 salons which were either rude or had between okayish or horrible nail jobs. I am glad that I found Injoy.Its is clean and I had two different nail techs who did exactly what I asked for both times with wonderful results. The lady seemed annoyed when we walked in. They services provided were very nice and the atmosphere was very calm and clean. As things are pricey as it is one lady had the nerve to ask where the tip was for the lady who did my pedicure. I was stunned as it felt like a demand for a tip. I said I had no cash like they like. She said she would add to my card. Then proceeded only a tip for her what about the other two people who did nails. I thought I would definitely be going back but it definitely felt rude to ask for more money in my eyes.

Went with a friend and we both had issues with the hot stone pedicure as soon as we left. Gel polish came off in a couple days and they hurt my toenail and it remains in pain. Very bad experience. They rushed the job. The atmosphere is industrial and not relaxing at all. Went with a friend and we both had issues with the hot stone pedicure as soon as we left. Gel polish came off in a couple days and they hurt my toenail and it remains in pain. I never give bad reviews but I don’t want anyone else to have the same experience.

The nail tech rushed through my pedicure, he didn’t remove the callus’ for more than 5 seconds per foot, did not use cuticle oil, and I had to prompt him to taper the corner of my toenails so I wouldn’t get ingrowns. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This was the BEST manicure I have ever had! I went in on a Thursday afternoon as I was attending a wedding on Saturday and it had been awhile since I was last in Rome to get my nails done. I could not be happier that I chose Injoy on Black River Blvd for my gel French manicure! They were extremely polite, they took their time and didn’t rush me, and my nails still look amazing almost a full week later.

It’s been years since I actually took the time to “get my nails done” and this place went above and beyond. Clean tools, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and pleasant environment. I was beyond comfortable; To the extent of almost falling asleep because of how relaxed I felt. This salon deserves all 5 stars it receives, and I hope people in the area know this is the best go-to nail salon in the area. You definitely have a new repeat customer!

Lily did a great job on my nails… An artist with exceptional care and detail on just a simple mani! Very calming clean, friendly and relaxing environment with the soft instrumental music playing in the background. Loved LOVED the added touch of the shoulder neck and hand massage!
