I was 9 months pregnant and desperately needed a haircut last weekend. I didn’t want to travel to my usual salon in Philly and decided to call some local salons to see if any had last minute availability. Kelsey at Ingrid’s had a same day opening and I am so happy I found this salon! Kelsey did an amazing job, the inside of the salon was so cute, the staff was super nice, and it was so affordable! I think I’ve found my new salon and won’t be traveling to Philly anymore to get my hair done. Baby was born 4 days after my haircut with Kelsey and I was so happy I got that last minute cut prior to giving birth 😉

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityHad an appointment that was scheduled over 2 weeks because of Covid for my daughter. Left work early to get her to the appointment because they Had nothing later available so lost out on money in my paycheck. Got here on time and unfortunately the girl was sick but no one was nice enough to call and say they had to cancel it so I wasted my time driving over a half an hour to the place and they couldn’t do anything for me. Sucks they lost out on getting new clients and a now have a bad rep for backing each other up in a hair salon to cancel appointments for each other. Don’t waste your time scheduling an appointment because if they have to cancel they sure as hell won’t let you know. Thanks for wasting people’s time and doing nothing about it. The girls at Ingrid’s are all great! I go to Mandy and she always cuts and styles my hair beautifully. I get my hair colored and change it up pretty often and she always does a beautiful job.
