I highly recommend experiencing a reiki massage from Paiden. She is a very intuitive and a healing Being of Light with a Beautiful aura you can feel. I love how she spends the first few minutes getting to know you and your needs and really makes you feel welcomed and safe. Her massage studio smells so Amazing and Pure, Very Positive Good Energy. She has very healing hands that really get into your muscles nicely to relieve an heal any tension. And i love how at the end of the massage she spends a few minutes to kinda wind down with you and relay very Powerful Intuitive Healing messages from Spirit that she was able to pick up during the massage. I was so impressed by everything I got out of my Reiki massage. The massage itself was so calming and impactful for the tension and knots I held and she was very thorough in tending to all my problem areas that we had discussed, but what really impressed me was the reiki part of the massage. I felt energy moving through my body like I never had before and this massive sense of calm came over me like a intense weight has been lifted off my shoulders that I was carrying. But then I was equally surprised when she gave me such beautiful feedback about the things that have come through for her during the massage why I was holding some of my pain where I was and how it related to my emotional trauma and grief. Learning these things about my body was very insightful and overall it was truly a beautiful experience.
