If I could give 10 stars I would but since it’s only a maximum of 5 stars I will give five stars and a giant hug of admiration and gratefulness!!!! Rachael was kind enough to see me on a very last minute situation!! I mean she stayed after her office was closed just to see me. I was coming all the way from Gresham straight from work with a very mysterious condition that had me wake up in the morning with a swollen red eye and then as lunch time approached both eyes were now swollen and I had not so much as even bumped them. So why was this happening? Everyone at work was worried, they kept saying: “ I think this could be an emergency situation!!”. Rachel did a super thorough eye examination and prescribed me medicine and told me to keep in contact with her so she could monitor any and all symptoms I may have. SHE EVEN TEXTED ME THAT NIGHT AND SAID, “I AM SLEEPING WITH MY PHONE AND THE RINGER ON, YES THAT’S HOW SERIOUS THIS IS, CALL ME IMMEDIATELY IF YOU HAVE ANY THE SYMPTOMS WE TALKED ABOUT”. She actually seriously cared about me. She made me feel like I was not only in the most capable of hands but she made me feel safe and protected in what was the most serious and scariest medical situations of my life. I just have to say I am so grateful for this woman and her compassion. I will forever be in debt to Rachael for the care I received from her on that day. I will end this long winded review with these sincere words, if you, a loved one or friend is in need of a Dr. for any reason I would truly recommend Rachel not only for her thorough approach to her practice but for me it’s all about her compassion and humanity and how she truly cares about healing her patients and helping them have a better quality of life through her care.
