Erica is a legitimate miracle worker. I have suffered with chronic pain for the last 12 years and have tried every treatment there is. My former massage therapist retired due to Covid and I’ve been on the hunt for a new therapist. After many disappointing visits, I finally landed on Erica’s table. She is kind, funny, and understanding, and immediately put me at ease. I had let her know I needed deep pressure and MAN did she deliver!!! It hurt in the good way and I knew this was different from any other massage I’d gotten. She mentions on her site that because her practice is within a CrossFit Gym you can hear their music at certain times of day. I didn’t care one way or the other because I’m not going to relax. The music was AWESOME! It made me feel powerful and like she was preparing me for battle. What a cool and different experience. I almost cried when I left her. I’m writing this review on a Friday after having my massage on Monday, and I am still pain-free in the two areas we focused most on. I can walk without pain for the first time in years. I am beyond grateful to Erica; not only is she fantastic at her job, but she has given me hope for the future. I already booked my next appointment! Thank you, Erica. A million stars isn’t enough.

Its difficult to explain some types of pains to someone else but because she knows what she is doing and listens, she is able to target the spots that is needed. Came here for sciatica relief. Erica was super flexible and I was able to get scheduled quickly via her app. My pain was severe and I basically hobbled from my car. Got an hour concentrated massage and was able to walk with 90% less pain. Will be visiting as soon as I can
