I’ve been to a lot of different massage places, but Cassie has been the greatest! I have had 3 hip surgeries and have been trying to get my muscles back to normal (or close to) and she has already helped greatly after two sessions. She focuses on your individual needs and goes above and beyond to give you suggestions on stretching and taking care of yourself in general. I highly recommend her whether you’re having a specific issue or just need to get rid of stress.
