Long overdue review. I’ve been using infrared sauna since 2016 as part of my ongoing cancer treatment. I started at the original Long Beach site & Tamara’s new site in Cerritos. The many benefits of sauna is a must for all looking to detox & improve overall wellness. The site is strategically located & accessible by major freeways. Sauna packages for different needs are available but I recommend at least 3 consecutive days to get the best benefits. Please give them a call and try it out!!!

AMAZING! There are quite a few sauna studios on the area. It took a few unsuccessful attempts until finding this gem 🙂 The pricing here is extremely affordable, the quality is second to none, and the service is incredible. HIGHLY recommend!
