Our 50 minute massage was only our extremities. They never even touched our backs. It was very disappointing. The spa itself is nice but the eucalyptus towels were never refilled while we were there and the fact that timeshare tours kept coming through was a little weird. Overall beautiful space though!

I had the absolute BEST experience with Roya today! I’m a local and wanted to treat my best friend to a little spa day while she was in town visiting! I got a gel pedicure and my friend got a gel manicure before hitting the grotto for some relaxation time. Roya was an absolute joy, we had so much fun chatting, laughing, and relaxing. It felt like we were just hanging out except our bestie was doing our nails and absolutely “nailed” (; it. We just had a ball and now I have an excuse to come have a mini spa day every month or so!!

This was my first time going to a spa and Infinity Spa exceeded every expectation! It was absolutely incredible. From the grotto with ice cold towels infused with essential oils, to the relaxation room, and the massage. Hands down the best massage I’ve had in my life. Would 100% recommend!

Absolutely the worst experience at a salon. The woman was rude, seemed angry to work on someone that doesn’t look like the regular Breckenridge demographic, and when cutting my nail cut my skin so deep that it took 4 days to heal. I finally told her after I couldn’t take her roughness anymore that I would like someone else; rather than apologizing, she walked off in a huff. It’s a shame that the employees here don’t treat everyone the same.

I had a nice time at Infinity spa. I enjoyed the relaxation room and had some water. I would have preferred it to have small snacks like other spas.. just some nuts, fruits.. something small and tea would have been wonderful. Plenty of counter space for it there. I have been to other spas in Breck and this one is the best. The grotto is very relaxing. PRO TIP: if you are going during ski season make sure you get time in the grotto before 3pm because that is when everyone starts coming in after skiing that is staying at the hotel and it ends up NOT relaxing. If anyone working there see’s this, please let others know when they book that it does get a bit louder after 3pm, people bring booze in, start laughing which is great but not relaxing for those spending a ton of money to just have 1 day with quiet & piece. Because of this, I was only able to relax for 45 mins after my treatment in the grotto. Also there is a steam room and sauna with fresh ice cold towels which was a great touch!

It was okay. Very expensive. But it is breckenridge. The grotto area is very nice. The aroma therapy stuff was nice too. Unfortunately when you charge a high rate, I expect a amazing message. It was just good. Idk. This is a hard one to review.
