I reach a point of desperation with my hair and it was dry and damaged due to an Apple cider shampoo I ordered on line and should have never used. So I made an appointment with Daniella, who also got me In Same day as I am leaving on vacation fri. She was awesome! So friendly, kind, understanding and an over all amazing person. The most important part is she knows hair. She fixed my hair by giving me an awesome cut while chopping out all the bad hair. My hair was to my waist. She dident have much to work with but in the end she was a Miracle worker. I left there very happy with a fantastic hair cut. I have been going to Infinity for years and have always had a wonderful experience. The salon is spotless, the stylists friendly and the services are top notch. Whenever I have a question regarding my hair (it’s dry, what do I do or, I love how this is styled, can you show me how to do it) the stylists are always happy to advise. Least professional cut I’ve ever had. Not a reflection of the business, just the stylist enlisted. She wouldn’t pay attention to the pictures I showed, she knocked my glasses crooked 3 times, she kept getting her comb stuck in my hair, she made faces constantly, said woops twice, tried to detangle the straightening iron with the cord stretched in front of my face….. it was like getting a hair cut from a fidgety 8 year old.
