Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThey didn’t do a good job at all. The water for the pedicure was more cold than warm and didn’t even ask it it’s too hot or cold. Not sure how it has good reviews but it was the worst nail job I’ve ever had done. They didn’t look good and painted unevenly. They didn’t do a good job on our cuticles neither. They finished my nails and then just walked away to sit in the pedicure chairs on her phone. They didn’t let me use a fan or UV light to dry my nails even though they used it for the other coustomer that was in there.I’m pretty sure they wanted us to sit there for 30 min just to dry our nails. I was here with my sister to enjoy some time but we didn’t enjoy it that much at all.They didn’t do a good job at all. I have been going here since they had their business on cherry street in downtown mankato, and I have never been so disappointed as I was the last time I went in. I had called days before to set up two pedicures. At the day of the appointment, I walked in, on time, to a full business. We had to wait to be seated for our appointments and once sat they put us in the two corner chairs. Not only that but the pedicure itself was one of the worse ones I have EVER had. The worker I had didn’t paint my pinky toenails and also cut them too short to the point I now have 3 ingrown toenails. On top of that one of the two pedicures was regular polish, and proceeded to make us wait 40 minutes for her toes to be done “drying” after I was making comments about them forgetting about us. Also- they charge you $20 now for gel polish without giving you a warning until you go to the register for the bill.

The staff are very courteous and friendly! I have had both a gel manicure as well as dip manicures and have had great luck with both. I’m on week 3 and a half of my current dip manicure and it’s holding on strong, the only reason I need to go in is because I have a lot of growth. I highly recommend this place! Fresh manicure is the second picture (or the one without a ring), first is today (one with a ring).

I have always been very pleased with my visits at Infinity Nails! Virginia is literally a surgeon when it comes to removing my ingrown toenails and is very experienced at what she does. I have never had anyone do as good of a job handling my ingrown toenails as she does and she always has great advice for managing them at home. I highly recommend Infinity Nails!

This is my first time at this place. The ladies here were nice. However, when I got home I realized my left thumb nail was bigger than my right thumb nail and I just didn’t like it at all. I had to fix it myself. Plus they never told me to wash my hands and I’ve gotten my nails done before, I know that you have to wash your hands. Plus my nails look like they need a fill already and I got them done today. Again, you guys were nice. Just didn’t expect to fix my nails.

I Got my nails done here for my wedding. I hit the gel nails: navy French tips with silver sparkle lining. They turned out fabulous. This is what they look 3 weeks later. They are starting to show wear and tear but they still look great. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!
