Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMy mom and I went here for the first time and absolutely loved it! She and I are always very picky and we go from one salon to the next because we’re never happy with the results. But I think we may have found our new favorite spot! We both got gel pedicures and they turned out wonderful! It was great after a long week to relax. I also got a French tip dip manicure and I was blown away by how beautiful they are. My mom and I went here for the first time and absolutely loved it! She and I are always very picky and we go from one salon to the next because we’re never happy with the results. But I think we may have found our new favorite spot! We both got gel pedicures and they turned out wonderful! It was great after a long week to relax. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got acrylics and a pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure didn’t understand at first what I wanted even after showing her a picture so someone else had to explain it to her. When she was almost done and had already put polish on my toes she decided to file my nails more which took off some of the polish so she had to put it on again. The lady who did my acrylics was extremely aggressive with my fingers, she kept filing them over and over and using the machine which I didn’t like and a couple times I noticed her make an annoyed face. It’s only been a week and one of my nails is already starting to pop off. The overall service was not good and if you look closely the nail quality is not good either. I got acrylics and a pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure didn’t understand at first what I wanted even after showing her a picture so someone else had to explain it to her. When she was almost done and had already put polish on my toes she decided to file my nails more which took off some of the polish so she had to put it on again. That’s not right because you want to go to a place to relax and enjoy. That was not respectful they wore laughing so loud making jokes about that client . I think if they like to talk about their own clients do it after work or in break time. Never do it in front of other people that you might think they don’t understand.
