Val did my pedicure and she was so nice and very detailed. Crystal did my manicure. I get anxiety asking for what I want when it comes to nails but she was so nice and patient with me and kept making sure I was happy. The place was so nice. Very clean. I highly recommended. I will be going back again.

I’ve had some decent gel manicures here, which is why I gave it any stars at all… But I’ve had too many bad experiences with cuticles being too deeply cut / bleeding nail beds. Today I asked for my gel to be removed by soaking, and the tech was very annoyed that I didn’t want to drill them off. I had to repeatedly ask that she please not use the drill. I get it, the soak takes more work. I will happily pay extra to soak instead of use the drill. My nails are thin and they made me bleed last time while using the drill. After finally relenting to soaking off the gel, she then cut me with the emery board, and didn’t say a word about it. So unsanitary. Bad experience all around.

I wanna say coming here was One of the best experiences I’ve had in a longtime. Greeted at the door immediately made me feel a sense of home and belonging. The manager Zoe was very accommodating and very attentive to my needs. Coming in as a man who really doesn’t know much, each of them made me feel comfortable. I was able to be paired with Samantha and she did an amazing job on my pedicure. She was attentive and and very particular in her work. I got the deluxe pedicure and it was everything I needed and more. Even after services I was so comfortable I decided to try and get a massage to relax. They were able to accommodate me, and I was able to get an hour massage by Their Massage Therapist Samantha as well. She was soooo calming and made me relax and focused on the areas I specifically requested, truly an experience I’ve never had. The place was very clean and well maintained. I would and will definitely refer other guest to come here and get services. I don’t say this much but four stars isn’t enough for the service Samantha and the staff gave me.

GREAT SERVICE! All of the ladies are super sweet and attentive. Zoey is very sweet, good energy, and she does great nails! Crystal is my absolute favorite. She takes her time and gets every detail down. She is a perfectionist and she always always always does my nails to perfection. I love her and Zoey sooo much!

The Salon and in particular, Crystal, were an outstanding experience! Beautiful decor and bright. Very warm and welcoming staff, customers and atmosphere! I’m visiting El Paso for the Thanksgiving holiday and my nails were a mess that I couldn’t ignore. I was referred by a family mbr and scheduled the appt enroute. Upon seeing the poor job previously done, Crystal went to work, correcting the mess. She went the distance to completely correct the shaping and thickness and length, as well as took measures to prevent continued growth of what could have become a worse fungus. I’m super happy and so appreciate the outstanding work that she performed on my nails. And let me add, there was a warmth and friendliness going on that I’ve not experienced in a very long time. A HUGE thank you, to Crystal and Staff! Now I am complete to shine with gorgeous nails and to enjoy the holiday! And, I can relax until I locate a technician in Arizona.

I was not happy with my service . I went in to get a regular manicure and was persuaded to get polish that was extra charge but was not told till after the service . Staff seemed to not have knowledge of how to do nails . I was worked on by 2 people who constantly had to be guided on how to do their job . During the process my nail beds were burning and I also got cut with the electric nail file. $75 for gel polish nails that are already chipped not even 24 hours after is not okay . Under the chrome is still wet! Save your money and go elsewhere . If you want to be charged for every little thing , this is the place for you.

Ridiculously over priced!!! I paid $70 for a fill, nude powder. Definitely not recommending to family or friends. I felt they took advantage of me. Since I was going on vacations and needed a quick fix. $70 is a brand new set of nails including a good tip.
