I called them and asked if you could get mani and pedi with gel removal at the same time and asked which time worked. Once I arrived I waited for at least 25 minutes before the mani started. The mani is ok actually. For the pedi they tried to remove gel as if it was regular polish. Pedi started 40mins after the agreed time. But worst than everything else are the results. Adding picture so you can see the quality of a pedi.

They are INCREDIBLE! I have so far only come in right before my shift at work (because I am terrible at time management) literally 1 HOUR before I was supposed to be present. Each time, they have delivered a phenomenal tip and dip manicure, and with incredible speed and quality. I can’t wait to go when I’m not in a rush, and try the amazing massage chairs I keep hearing about!

i usually never leave reviews but i probably won’t be returning here. guy at the front desk was sweet and very helpful, but my actual nail tech was not. rushed through a full set + dip in maybe 45 minutes. tips are all uneven, most of the nails are warped, and some of them have bubbles under the top coat. super rough and sometimes painful, and he checked some notifications on his phone in the middle of the manicure. nails feel pretty secure but i’m not sure how long they’ll last with the haphazard application. they don’t have nametags or anything like that so i couldn’t tell you who the tech was. i came at about 4:30pm on a sunday, so i understand that’s pretty late, but if they don’t want to do a thorough job that late in the day, they should have turned me away as a customer. pretty sad i wasted $55.

Wow, this was pitiful and such a waste of time and money. I’m so upset. I used to come here all the time then moved away and came back so naturally I came back here. It is not the same.. came in asking for dip manicure and matching color pedicure. The lady wasn’t even looking when filing my toenails and completely messed them up. Now they are all sideways and I will have to let them grow out before they look normal again. I tried to leave but they told me to stay and would give me someone else and she did ok but didn’t want to ask for another so I suffered through it. She globbed the polish on my now crooked toenails and didn’t even clean up the polish on the edges.. they are such a mess. Once she was done they tried to sit me down for my dip manicure and I decided to leave. I paid $35 for nothing. So now I have to go home and redo my toes and figure out somewhere else to go next time. Stay away!

They did not use clean nail clippers, files or trimmers. I got burned/cut from the electric file while getting a dip on 3 different fingers. My nails were lumpy and they charged 50 for the dip!
