Critical: Quality5 stars if the owner is doing your nails, 1 star if it’s one of the employees. I went to do my nails and told her not to go near my cuticles with the drill because they bleed easy. I left with two of my fingers bleeding and stinging. I wanted a design, she didn’t know how to do it (it was just lines) so I had to pick a solid color.
