I’m always impressed with all the nail technicians at Infinity Nails. Especially today, as I think about all that my grandmother in law is going through living/trapped in Ukraine . The nails Andy did for me today were absolutely perfect and a homage to her. I love this nail salon! The people who work here really do care and always give their best. I drive 30 minutes just to see Andy and his team. Come see for yourself!

Great service. I came in from out of town, and called the morning of and got an appointment within in hour. Pedicure and dip powder on nails $115 total. French tip design was extra – slight side eye, but I was pleased with the results. When I’m in the area again, and in need – I’ll definitely come back.

Beautiful experience, I was immediately greeted with a smile and a hello as I walked in. I was taken care of by a lovely young lady named Phuong. I received a gel manicure, she filed my nails to the perfect length and offered suggestions of designs based off of the color that I chose. Overall this was an amazing experience and I will gladly be returning!

As a professional busy woman in my mid 40’s who has always got her nails done for years this is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I moved to Charlotte nearly a year ago. I have no family or friends here just me. J and L Nails which is up the street from this nail salon is who I’ve gone to since I moved here last April. Well a couple of my nail techs were no longer available. I thought we’ll let me try something new like a new nail salon. I go to this Infinity Nails and meet Andy. At first I thought wow how nice. I told him my story about the shop up the street and how new to Charlotte I was. I advised him I’m big on quality of nails, products, cleanliness and service. He charged me $5 to take off my nails that were old and easy to come off from my previous place and charged me $55 for ombré pink & white powder. I also got my eyebrows threaded by another lady for $15. So $60 all together for nails and $15 for eyebrows = $75 plus I tipped Andy $10 and gave the eyebrow lady $3. So nearly $90!!!! This was last Tuesday. After 1 week and a day my nail popped off. Now I’m a Safety Specialist at Amazon and I’ve always done labor. I’ve never had my nails pop off the whole time for a year from my other nail salon (J and L Nails) NEVER! I could go there once a month and my nails lasted even when I let them grow long. As you can see my nails aren’t long here. I waited 30 mins for 1 nail he remembered me charged me $5. Ok $5 isn’t the issue of course it was the principal & the audacity. I advised a customer that was waiting she said she had 2 nails pop off. I let him finish then advised him professionally I would never come back. The customer handed him $5 in cash after hearing my story. She didn’t do it because I was wrong she did it because he was. I told her thank you and it wasn’t about that. She was a blessing that was kind. I never cursed or yelled however I know the other women heard me. The other lady who did my eyebrows last week I told her thank you and she did a great job. I forget her name. She tried to talk to me but I was no longer interested in ever going back. I will advise to ALL MY COWORKERS AMAZON PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY NOR TIME YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!! I don’t do reviews hardly ever but this I could not let any more people be a victim. NAILS AREN’T CHEAP THEY COST LIKE ANOTHER BILL. You expect some kind of quality and good service. He was so desperate for $5 instead of making sure as a new customer I would come back! I tipped $10 last week Andy could’ve took the $5 from the tip I gave last week and I got poor quality and service! Thanks ANDY! Hope it was worth every penny! You lost a great paying customer!!!! And will share this to all my colleagues.
