My sweet daughter went to get her nails done the day before her 1st day of middle school. She walked out $45 poorer and wasted time. She should not have to tell a nail tech to clean up the nail or correct an obvious low quality polish job. Not returning. Pedicure, Manicure

I had came here because it was close from my appointment and no one was waiting in line. Sat down service was great not dishing the service, what I’m upset about is came in for a FILL which is $45 ( little high if you ask me but with the times today I understand.) Anyways get finished expecting to pay $45 and she tells me $55!!! What!? Why? Well because you were missing a nail which is apparently $5 to add a nail that popped off and a little corner taken off my thumb which could’ve and was filed down so no extra product was used. So I was charged and extra $5 for that. I get it product cost has went up but doesn’t mean our paychecks have!!!! Next time let the customer aware of the up charge before you start the work!!! Won’t be driving from Bristow to come here would rather go to Sapulpa nail salons that don’t have an additional charge for nail replacements. Thanks no thanks

Positive: CleanlinessI am 53 years old and I have had many pedicures in my life time! I can say with all certainty that this was the best pedicure I have ever had! The girl who took care of me was Candy, she was wonderful and very careful that I was comfortable during the whole process. She also did my eyebrows and lip and again she was very gentle. I am 53 years old and I have had many pedicures in my life time! I can say with all certainty that this was the best pedicure I have ever had! The girl who took care of me was Candy, she was wonderful and very careful that I was comfortable during the whole process. She also did my eyebrows and lip and again she was very gentle. I will definitely be back I might even get my nails done! . I am very happy!

Long review. My sister and I went to get our nails and toes done today. The atmosphere is very friendly and nice. They offer refreshments (wine, pop, water, and chips) and they have small chairs for little ones to get pedicures. My nephew came with us and had a blast getting his pedicure. That said there is a language barrier with much of the staff, which caused issues on my visit today. I wanted to the manicure because my nails were looking particularly healthy and long. I ended up splurging and getting a pedicure too. Due to miscommunication my nail technician haphazardly cut my nails down before I realized what was going on. The shellac French manicure was perfect, however. The pedicure felt amazing, but the paint job left much to be desired. I requested white with gold stripes and a red heart on the big toe. The gentleman who came to do the heart applied the top coat too soon. It looks terrible (see pic). He knew it looked bad because he said something like, “it looks like melting ice cream in the summer” and I agreed that it did. By this time, I had been there for two and a half hours and was ready to leave. Yes, I could have made him fix it. The point is he should have corrected the error instead of asking me if it was okay. Clearly, it was not okay if you’re asking me. I did not ask for a melting heart.

Went in with my mother in law and daughter for a pre-vacation mani-pedi . We chose to do the Deluxe mani pedi combo for adult and combo for kids, for adults it was $75 and kids $35. When I went to pay it was $245!!!!! I picked a white “regular” polish instead gel. Their tech chose to use a gel polish and charge me for it even though I confirmed twice it was a regular manicure. I expected a upcharge because my MIL wanted tips, what I didn’t anticipate was the additional $45 for extra services they chose without talking to me first, because of that they get 1 star due to unforseen expenses the failed to disclose.

I don’t like to give bad reviews, however this place warrants it. When you walk in you realize that they are just not ready to be fully open. I wanted my eyelashes done, I made an appointment. When I walked in, the room was not ready for me. I found out it had to be a storage room because of the new rules. They sanitized the bed and area, but i felt that they should have just made the appointment at a later date.

Critical: Quality, ValueHonestly I believe in giving every business a chance but this mmmm no , I showed a picture of what I wanted & the exact shape as well as length, I got nothing like what I asked for , the shape was bulky instead of skinny like I requested , the length wasn’t anywhere close and when I went back a day later to request they fix the shape they were rude about it and didn’t fix anything , now over 2 weeks later my nails are basically stuck to my hands! I’ve tried everything to take them off and it’s almost impossible, getting them off will be a pain.
